Job summary

Chef Results Limited is recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef for a permanent role at a prestigious Northamptonshire resort hotel. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef in the dedicated Pastry Kitchen, preparing desserts, bread and pastries for the restaurant's dining, events and private banquets.

The ideal candidate has experience in kitchens accredited to at least two AA Rosette, is creative, can design new dishes and works well in a team to deliver exceptional quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchens accredited to a minimum two AA Rosette level.
• Creative chef capable of designing your own dishes.
• Excellent teamwork and a passion to provide quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts, bread and pastries for the restaurants, events and private dining.
• Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef in the dedicated Pastry Kitchen.
