Job summary

Homes England's National Housing Bank (NHB) is seeking a Head of Operational Reporting to establish a new team to support day-to-day reporting for NHB delivery across England, with a preference for Leeds where possible.

Working with NHB delivery and operational managers, you will shape the development and implementation of meaningful reporting, dashboards and MI, empowering colleagues to better understand their delivery and take action where needed.

The National Housing Bank (NHB) is a new government-backed financial institution, operating as a subsidiary of Homes England, established to unlock investment and accelerate housing delivery across England.

About You

You'll bring significant experience in operational reporting, ideally with funding programme experience within the public or private sector, together with the credibility and judgement to establish and lead a new team.
