Job summary

Homes England, in partnership with the National Housing Bank, is seeking a Head of Programme Delivery to establish a new team to support the delivery of recoverable investment programmes.

Based in Leeds with a preference for candidates within commuting distance, you will play a pivotal role across NHB management to implement robust operational frameworks, governance and oversight to meet budgetary targets and housing outcomes.

Help build the National Housing Bank

The National Housing Bank (NHB) is a new government-backed financial institution, operating as a subsidiary of Homes England, established to unlock investment and accelerate housing delivery across England.

We're looking for a Head of Programme Delivery to establish a new team to support the successful delivery of recoverable investment programmes administered by the National Housing Bank, one of the UK's most significant housing finance platforms.

Working closely with NHB management and delivery teams, you'll play a leading role in ensuring robust operational frameworks and oversight to deliver to budgetary targets and associated housing outcomes and objectives.

About You

You'll bring significant experience in operational delivery and/or programme management, ideally with funding programme experience within the public sector, together with the credibility and judgement to establish and lead a new team.
