The National Housing Bank (NHB), a government-backed institution and subsidiary of Homes England, seeks an experienced professional to join the Investment Operations team. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Investment Operations team and help shape one of the UK's most significant housing finance platforms.
You'll play a leading role in bringing innovative solutions and continuous improvement to control environment activity that directly supports the achievement of delivery targets, strategic plan objectives and Agency priorities.
This role leads on planning and execution of control insight activities aligned with organisational objectives as well as analysing control weaknesses and propose solutions to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
You'll bring significant experience in monitoring the performance of controls, together with overseeing continuous improvement activities to address gaps and deficiencies within the control environment.
