Homes England is seeking an Assistant Director - Development Finance to lead a national development finance program. Based in Leeds with hybrid 50/50 work arrangements, you will manage a 40-strong team, shape investment strategy, and steer risk and pricing discussions with risk committees and government bodies.

You will develop investment structures, liaise with stakeholders, and drive market penetration while delivering on the £1.5bn SME lending program over five years.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in finance, banking, investment, or real estate.
• Experience leading large teams in financial services and lending to house-building/residential sectors.
• Specialist knowledge of the UK housing market, investors, lenders, and regeneration.
