Job summary

Homes England's National Housing Bank (NHB) is seeking a Head of Operational Reporting to establish a new team to support day-to-day reporting for NHB delivery across England, with a preference for Leeds where possible.

Working with NHB delivery and operational managers, you will shape the development and implementation of meaningful reporting, dashboards and MI, empowering colleagues to better understand their delivery and take action where needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Reporting function for NHB.
• Develop and implement reporting, dashboards and MI for NHB delivery teams.
• Collaborate across a wide range of colleagues to improve and innovate reporting.
