Job summary

EACH Counselling and Support is seeking a Head Office & Projects Administrator to provide administrative and co-ordination support to the CEO, SLT and organisational projects. The role involves diary management, report preparation and maintaining trackers across multiple sites, with remote work possible as duties require.

The post is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, and salary £33,000–£36,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting).

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to produce minutes and briefings.
  • Experience of diary and meeting management.
  • Experience preparing information and reports, agendas, minutes, and briefing notes.
  • Experience handling confidential information and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • This is a varied administrative and co-ordination role supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and organisational projects.

Job description

Head Office & Projects Administrator

Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH’s locations and footpaths.
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: This post is permanent (subject to performance and continued funding).

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse.

This is a varied administrative and co-ordination role supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and organisational projects.

We are looking for a skilled and organised individual to provide high-quality administrative and co-ordination support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and wider organisational projects.

You will Have

You will need
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, plan and manage a varied workload and meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear minutes, briefings and presentations in a timely way
  • Experience of working with multiple colleagues, teams or stakeholders to obtain information and co-ordinate contributions
  • Experience of preparing information and reports, e.g. agendas, meeting papers, minutes, action logs, briefing notes, reports and presentations
