TeamSport is seeking an Event Coordinator for our Head Office in Farnham. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and guiding them from inquiry to booking in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with weekend shifts and a proactive approach. Join a growing team in indoor karting and experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information on karting availability and assisting with bookings.
• Respond to sales enquiries via email and live chat, delivering the same level of service as provided on calls.
• Proactively make outgoing calls to quickly resolve customer enquiries or issues (no cold calling involved).
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as payment reconciliation, call logging, and system updates.
• Collaborate with our track teams to ensure smooth event operations and effective diary management.
• Work within the designated shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure phone lines are covered during operating hours.
