Job summary

TeamSport are the No 1 indoor karting company in the UK. Based at Basildon, you will lead daily operations across the site, coach the crew, ensure safety and service standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while controlling wage budgets and SOP compliance.

You will be on the ground with your team, especially during weekends and evenings, drive KPI performance, manage budgets and resources, and promote a culture of inclusion and a Great Place to Work.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with experience running a hospitality/ leisure site.
• Ability to manage wage budgets and drive KPIs.
• Strong communication and team development capabilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and consumer legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to meet SLAs.
• Manage budgets and control costs while maximising profitability.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and policies are followed across the site.
• Recruit, train, and develop crew to support a Great Place to Work.
