Job summary

TeamSport, the UK's leading indoor karting operator, is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to ensure daily venues run smoothly, safely and to high standards. Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director, you will coach your crew, monitor SOPs, and drive great customer service while controlling wage budgets.

You will work weekends/evenings, lead on KPI delivery, collaborate across departments, and promote a fun, inclusive Good Place to Work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a busy leisure operation.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks across teams.
