Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Digital Director - Products & Delivery to own the digital services portfolio, drive design and sourcing decisions, and lead adoption and continuous improvement. You will partner with residents and staff to translate priorities into scalable change, balancing user needs, pace, risk and value.

You will lead a high-performing team, work onsite part time, and hold external partners to account for quality and value. This is a strategic, regulatory-aware role.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in digital products, service design or technology delivery with accountability for budgets and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and create a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Strong experience translating priorities into digital roadmaps balancing user need and risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead the digital product portfolio, shaping services to deliver greatest value and informed by operational insight.
• Set and maintain standards for architecture, engineering, and service delivery across internal and procured options.
• Ensure services are secure, operable, and evidence-driven with clear business benefits.
• Partner with residents and staff to drive adoption, monitor benefits, and manage supplier performance.
