Job summary

Bolton Council is seeking a Workforce Planning & Insight Team Manager to lead workforce planning, people insight and HR technology across one of Greater Manchester's largest councils.

You will oversee analytics, BI, reporting and HR systems, driving automation and innovative solutions to improve workforce outcomes. A strong track record in analytics, data management and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in workforce analytics, business intelligence, HR systems or data management.
• Ability to translate complex information into meaningful insight and recommendations.
• Experience leading a team and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and information management principles; passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
