Job summary

Voluntary Norfolk is seeking a Head of Volunteering and Communities to lead a team of five service managers and oversee a range of volunteering initiatives, including hospital volunteering partnerships and VCSE sector support.

You will drive our organisation-wide volunteering strategy, ensure safety and quality, and develop strong NHS relationships while delivering a three-year plan and Lean improvements across services.

• Oversee hospital volunteering with EEC and ECCH; VfH; VCSE Sector Support; Empowering Communities.
• Develop partnerships and deliver Lean improvements across services.
• Ensure services are safe, high quality and compliant with commissioners and funders.
