We are pleased to be partnering with Carlie at Sainty Hird as we search for an exceptional Head of Video Content to join our team.
Role Purpose
Right now, our video content is closely connected to the football: match highlights, training, press conferences and the moments that matter on and off the pitch. That's at the heart of how we serve our supporters today. As the Club continues to evolve, there's an exciting opportunity to build on these strong foundations, broadening our storytelling to create a richer balance between football and everything else that makes Tottenham Hotspur unique: music, culture, community, the neighbourhood around the Stadium, and the supporters who live and breathe this Club every day.
There's already a strong, experienced production team in place. What we need is someone to lead that team into its next chapter, building on the excellent work already being produced while expanding the creative range of our content. This is a creative leadership role that champions evolution, helping us tell more stories around our football, our people and our place in culture, creating content that gives supporters a deeper connection to the Club while continuing to produce outstanding football content.
This role will play an important part in shaping how we tell the stories of both our men's and women's first teams, giving equal care, creativity and ambition to each, while also celebrating the wider culture that surrounds them and bringing supporters closer to every part of the Club.
It's a big canvas to work with: two elite first teams, a global fanbase, a landmark Stadium, outstanding production facilities, and a Club willing to back ambitious ideas that engage, entertain and inspire supporters around the world.

Personal Attributes
You're a creative thinker and storyteller first, with ideas of your own and a strong, confident point of view on what exceptional video content looks like. You will continue evolving our content mix, creating a richer balance between football storytelling and the wider stories that define the Club and its supporters.
You're genuinely fluent in culture, music, fashion, lifestyle and community, and comfortable moving between big creative thinking and the practical reality of getting it made.
We're interested in people who've created genuinely brilliant work, whether that is from football or beyond it. Whether you’re from an agency, a consumer brand, entertainment, media or elsewhere. You don’t need to have spent your career at a football club, but you’ll have strong appreciation of the game, an understanding of the unique rhythms and demands of elite football, and the ability to create content that resonates with supporters of both the men's and women's teams.
You'll be joining an established, experienced production team with deep knowledge of the Club, its supporters and its stories, including producers and editors who have spent many years helping shape our content. This role is about building on those strong foundations, bringing fresh creative perspectives, encouraging collaboration and helping the team continue to evolve together as we broaden our storytelling.
