  • Ensure video content is correctly uploaded, tagged, categorised and presented across Chelsea’s digital platforms.
  • Be part of the CFC+ team, helping create, curate and manage premium video content for Chelsea FC’s paid content subscription service.
  • Help develop the CFC+ video proposition, ensuring subscribers receive a regular pipeline of high-quality, distinctive and valuable content.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control and brand consistency.
  • Use audience and performance data to understand what fans are watching and continually improve programming and content decisions.
  • Regularly review other leading football, sport, entertainment and media platforms to identify new approaches to video programming and presentation.
Matchday and reactive video (25%)
  • Play a key role in Chelsea Men’s and Women’s matchday digital coverage, ensuring relevant video content is published quickly to the app and website.

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Chelsea FC’s Men’s and Women’s YouTube channels.
  • Plan and maintain an effective publishing schedule across both channels, working closely with Video Production, Social Media and other content teams.
  • Upload, package and optimise videos, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, end screens and other YouTube features.
