Qualifications

• 8–10 years in corporate treasury or senior finance roles.
• Proven TMS implementation and management experience.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Experience with NAV and ALCO reporting.
• Knowledge of crypto assets, custody and exchanges.
• Regulatory knowledge for crypto and digital assets.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with group goals.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts at group and entity levels.
• Monitor cash positions, variance analysis, and liquidity risk.
• Manage Treasury Management System architecture and controls.
• Oversee banking relationships and intercompany funding.
• Lead ALCO and prepare NAV and dashboards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
