Job summary

BMC Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Treasury Manager for a well-established financial services organisation in Cumbria with hybrid/remote flexibility.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will oversee treasury, ALM, liquidity, funding and financial risk, producing dashboards and ALCO packs, modelling scenarios, and supporting regulatory reporting. Office attendance in Cumbria is required 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Experience within Treasury, ALM or Finance
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating the monthly ALCO meeting pack
• Producing Treasury and Economic dashboards for senior management
• Providing analysis and challenge to support decision-making
• Supporting liquidity, funding and regulatory reporting activities
• Overseeing risk management policies and controls
