Job summary

Vida Bank Limited is seeking a Treasury Operations professional to own day-to-day back-office activities for mortgage funding and retail savings. You will ensure accurate processing, settlements, and reconciliations while supporting data analytics and AI initiatives within the CFO function.

The role requires 5+ years in banking Treasury operations, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a collaborative, growing team.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of mortgage funding and retail savings operations.
• Carrying out back-office Treasury transactions including bookings, confirmations, settlements and investigations.
• Collateral management and monitoring of value, margins and related controls.
• Daily cash management in collaboration with Front Office.
• Maintain Treasury Management System data, reports and testing.
• Support Treasury Risk with limits, mandates and compliance metrics.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting projects with IT/BI teams.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support AI adoption within CFO team.
