Job summary

BVNK is seeking an experienced Head of Treasury to join the finance team after Mastercard's acquisition. You will oversee treasury operations, digital assets, banking relationships, and regulatory governance. This strategic role requires governance excellence and leadership in crypto asset management.

You will drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

• Proven corporate treasury experience in senior roles.
• Experience implementing and managing TMS platforms.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management skills.
• Experience with NAV/ALCO reporting and intercompany funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Manage Treasury Management System design, controls, and data integrity.
• Oversee banking relationships, intercompany transactions, and cash concentration.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks; implement hedging when appropriate.
• Lead Asset & Liability Committee and report to senior management.
