Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head Of Training for a Midlands based Retail business. You will lead day‑to‑day training focused on Sales, shaping practical learning plans to standardise how colleagues work and excel.

The role involves delivering a Sales Training Program, coordinating sessions and materials, and tracking progress with HR involvement. You will build clear materials for varied audiences, review needs across teams, and maintain training records while driving improvements through feedback

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training plans.
• Sales training background within Retail.
• Ability to create clear, practical learning materials for different audiences.
• Experience identifying training needs and turning them into workable solutions.
• Confidence coordinating training sessions, materials and learner records.
• Ability to use feedback and completion data to improve learning activity.
• Experience working with Human Resources on people initiatives.

Profile

A successful 'Head Of Training' should have:

• Experience in a Sales Training background within Retail.

Job Offer

Salary of £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.

• 1 day in the office and 4 days in the field/at home.
