Exeter and North Devon College is seeking a capable leader to manage the Apprenticeship Trades provision at Level 2 and Level 3 in Property Maintenance and Site Carpentry. You will oversee the teaching team to ensure exceptional learner experience and industry relevance.

The role emphasises quality assurance, curriculum leadership, and delivery of high-quality teaching with support for EV visits, IQA and end point assessments. This is a permanent post based in North Devon.

Qualifikationen

• An experienced teacher used to delivering a range of courses.
• Organised, a great communicator and with an eye for details.
• An effective manager as well as a highly capable collaborator.

Aufgaben

• Managing all aspects of Apprenticeship learning within your curriculum area(s) to ensure your learners receive an exceptional experience
• Lead on quality assurance and quality improvement - there's always room to improve!
• Contribute to the programme area and help to shape your faculty's strategic direction
• Delivering high-quality teaching and learner support, helping prepare our learners for EV visits, IQA and their end point assessments.
