Exeter College in Barnstaple is seeking a Curriculum Area Manager - Trades (Apprenticeship Provision) to lead apprenticeship programmes within the Construction faculty. You will oversee Level 2 Property Maintenance, Level 2 Bricklaying, Level 2 Site Carpentry and Level 3 Site Carpentry, ensuring high-quality teaching and learner support.

The role requires an experienced teacher, strong organisational skills, and proven managerial ability to drive quality and strategic direction.

Responsabilidades

• Managing all aspects of Apprenticeship learning within your curriculum area(s) to ensure your learners receive an exceptional experience.
• Lead on quality assurance and quality improvement – there’s always room to improve!
• Contribute to the programme area and help to shape your faculty’s strategic direction.
• Delivering high-quality teaching and learner support, helping prepare our learners for EV visits, IQA and their end point assessments.
