Exeter and North Devon College is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support our Electrical team within the Faculty of Construction, Engineering and Motor Vehicle. You will help inspire and train tomorrow's tradespeople, assisting both learners and lecturers in classrooms and workshops while delivering curriculum with a focus on practical, industry-relevant skills.

The role offers a permanent contract with a generous holiday allowance and access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme,

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical trades.
• Willingness to support learners and lecturers.
• Training is provided to develop teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical team within the Faculty of Construction, Engineering and Motor Vehicle.
• Inspire and train the tradespeople of tomorrow by assisting learners and lecturers in the classroom and workshop.
• Assist with delivery of the curriculum and ensure areas are well equipped and up to date with industry developments.
