Ideal candidates will have over 10 years in a leadership role within compensation and benefits programs. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation, benefits, and reward programs for the TEG Colleagues. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing competitive total rewards strategies, fostering a positive employee experience, and supporting the company's talent retention and attraction efforts.
