Job summary

Weybourne Group is seeking a Head of Technology to shape and deliver the IT strategy for the Group and supported entities, reporting to the CFO. The role combines strategic direction with operational leadership to ensure efficient, secure IT services and data-driven decision making at scale.

You will drive AI, cloud, and data initiatives, manage budgets, and lead senior stakeholders across the business to align technology with growth and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience in a global group environment.
• A track record of shaping and delivering technology strategy with board-level credibility.
• Experience leading transformation - notably data, cloud, security, and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and investment trade-offs.
• Experience leading, managing and developing high-performing technology teams across infrastructure, applications, service delivery, security, and data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group's long-term technology strategy, aligned to commercial priorities.
• Lead the Group's adoption of emerging technologies including AI, automation, and intelligent workflow tools.
• Collaborate with Group leaders to translate technology needs into enterprise-wide priorities.
• Set and manage the technology budget in line with the strategic plan and demonstrate value.
