Job summary

Alexander Mae HR Ltd is seeking a Head of Technology in Wiltshire (100% office based) with a salary around £140,000 plus excellent benefits. The role reports to the CFO and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the IT function across a multi-entity group.

You will define the technology strategy, oversee data, cybersecurity, cloud and service delivery, and lead a high-performing technology team, aligning IT with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a complex or multi-entity organisation
• Track record of developing and delivering technology strategy
• Experience with data, cloud, cybersecurity and AI transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Group's long-term technology strategy
• Lead adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Develop and deliver a Group-wide data strategy
• Own information security strategy and cyber resilience
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, cloud and service delivery
• Build a contemporary IT operating model and improve user experience
• Manage technology budget, procurement and supplier relationships
• Lead, develop and inspire the technology team
• Engage senior stakeholders and act as technology adviser
