Job summary

Amazon Ads seeks an experienced technical leader to join our Services organization as a Manager of Technical Programmatic Solutions Consultants, based in London. You will lead a team supporting EU customers, building post-sales technical capabilities and driving innovative solutions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmaps and ensure high service quality. The role emphasizes programmatic advertising, AWS services, and managing complex enterprise escalations

Qualifications

Experience as a manager with a track record of success.
Experience in engineering teams management in a fast-paced operations environment.
Experience managing IT environments on behalf of customers, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Master of Business Administration.
Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes.
Experience handling large enterprise technical customer escalations.
Experience in AWS services.
Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes.
Ability to work across EU and WW teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Technical Enablers supporting Amazon's largest advertisers and agencies across the EU market.
Build and scale post-sales technical support capabilities and drive innovation in customer solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmaps based on customer feedback and insights.
Define and track success metrics for handling time, time to resolution, and service quality.
Scale knowledge and enable first-line support across the organization.
