Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Head of Talent to shape our Talent Management and Development strategy, strengthen succession pipelines, and build capabilities for the future. You will partner with senior leaders and global teams to translate ambitions into business outcomes and cultivate a high-performance culture for our people.

You will lead end-to-end talent initiatives, including early careers, data-driven insights, and strategic partnerships, while managing the talent budget and fostering innovation

• Proven track record delivering talent strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and global teams.
• Experience turning talent insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving change in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UK Talent Management and Development Strategy.
• Own end-to-end talent management cycle and succession planning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including Group Talent and senior leadership.
• Define and execute talent development initiatives for high-potential segments.
• Lead early careers strategy, design and delivery.
• Develop skills and capabilities roadmap with Workforce strategy team.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Talent team and drive high performance.
• Engage senior leaders and AXA Group HR on talent initiatives.
• Lead on talent insights and data to drive action.
• Manage talent budget and maximise ROI.
