Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Head of Talent to shape and drive talent management, development, succession planning and capability-building across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Culture, Capability & Talent, you will partner with senior leaders and global teams to translate talent ambitions into business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.

You will lead the UK Talent Management and Development Strategy, design end-to-end processes, and ensure robust governance of talent

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK Talent Management and Development Strategy.
• Own end-to-end talent management cycle.
• Lead succession planning to strengthen pipelines for key roles.
• Define and execute talent development initiatives for high-potential segments.
• Own the early careers strategy, design and delivery.
• Lead on skills and capabilities roadmap with Workforce strategy team.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Talent team and drive high performance.
• Engage senior leaders and AXA Group HR on talent initiatives.
• Develop talent insights and translate into actionable outcomes.
• Manage the talent budget to maximise ROI.
