Job summary

Matchtech is recruiting a Supply Planner to join an international consumer healthcare business in London. The role covers end-to-end supply planning with external manufacturing partners, balancing demand and supply, and driving inventory optimisation within the S&OP framework.

You will work with manufacturing, commercial teams and senior stakeholders to develop short- and long-term plans, manage MRP activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• Proven experience within Supply Planning, Production Planning or MRP environments.
• Background in FMCG, Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical or fast-paced sectors.
• Strong track record of inventory optimisation while maintaining high service levels.
• Experience managing supply through third-party manufacturing networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply planning across external manufacturing partners.
• Ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory.
• Monitor stock ageing and shelf-life to minimise obsolescence.
• Manage replenishment planning and MRP activities.
• Lead supply planning reviews within the S&OP cycle.
• Develop short, medium and long-term supply plans to meet business requirements.
