Are you a seasoned Supply Chain leader ready to take the reins of a dynamic, end-to-end operation? This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of supply chain and operations in a high-growth food business.

As Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of supply chain, logistics, procurement, technical, and warehousing functions. You’ll drive efficiency, innovation, and performance across the board, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met while championing a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and inspire high-performing teams across procurement, distribution, operations, and technical functions.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency, from sourcing to final product delivery.
• Develop robust planning and forecasting processes to optimise inventory and working capital.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to support quality, performance, and innovation.
• Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead technical compliance, food safety, and risk management across the supply chain.
• Promote and embed a strong health and safety culture throughout all functions.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant senior-level experience in supply chain and operations, ideally within food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of logistics, procurement, planning, and technical operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive cost efficiencies without compromising service.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Degree-qualified in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
