Head of Supply Chain – Naked Wolfe

Location: Hybrid - London HQ (with flexibility to travel internationally)

Naked Wolfe is a rapidly scaling luxury footwear and fashion brand founded by a family with deep roots in global manufacturing. The brand was launched with a vision to disrupt high end fashion by bringing white label production expertise in-house. Known for bold designs and a cult following among celebrities and influencers, Naked Wolfe has grown significantly since launching in 2017 and now operated one physical store in London and 3 Global 3PL’s.

With offices in London, the US and Hong Kong, the business is navigating the complexities of scaling international operations, supply chain optimisation and systems transformation, all while maintaining its cutting edge brand identity.

The Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be the first senior hire in this space, owning the end-to-end global supply chain strategy. Reporting directly to the founders, this role is critical to shaping the operation into a well-oiled, scalable, and efficient machine.

You will work autonomously, with full ownership of planning, procurement, logistics, fulfilment and global 3PL strategy. This is a rare opportunity for someone excited by chaos, complexity, and the chance to build lasting impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Global 3PL Management: Oversee relationships with logistics partners in the UK, US, EU, and Asia. Review and optimise contracts, performance, SLAs, and costs.
• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a cohesive global strategy across sourcing, manufacturing, fulfilment, and returns.
• Systems Transformation: Lead operational input into ERP replacement and drive digitisation across the supply chain.
• Team Building: Lead and develop a small, high performing internal team. Initially managing 2–3 team members.
• Demand & Supply Planning: Work with a wider team to implement robust forecasting, planning and inventory control mechanisms to avoid under/overstocking and delays.
• Tariff Optimisation: Ensure customs, duties and international trade routes are optimized for cost efficiency, especially post-recent tariff changes.
• Returns Management: Improve the efficiency of returns processing to reduce revenue leakage and increase customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs across fulfilment, delivery, and carrier performance.

What We’re Looking For (must-have experience):

• Proven leadership in global supply chain operations, ideally in DTC, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple 3PLs across different countries.
• Strong track record with contract negotiation, cost control, and vendor performance.
• Expertise in demand/supply planning, ERP transitions, and scalable systems implementation.
• Experience operating in founder-led, high-growth environments.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or footwear.
• Familiarity with tariff strategies, customs, and import/export legislation.
• Experience building teams in early-stage or start-up environments.
