Exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Structured Finance Director - EMEA to join a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London, focusing on Project Finance, Infrastructure, Energy, TMT: Origination, Execution, Portfolio Management. The role involves:

• Origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors across the EMEA region.
• Supervising the transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
• Liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring internal ratings, risk assessments, and supervising reports, credit reviews, waivers, and amendments related to the portfolio.
• Ensuring understanding of requirements as a Certified Person.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate should have:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, execution, modeling, documentation, and administration.
• A degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Formal credit training.
• Extensive background in credit analysis and financial modeling.
• Practical knowledge of financial products, finance, accounting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with internal and external counterparts.
• Ability to analyze, conduct due diligence, and identify industry/market trends.
• Experience as a transaction manager/deal team coordinator for complex transactions.
• Advisory experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented personality.
