Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Jersey seeks a Head of Business Performance to shape market planning, performance and growth. You will combine strategic planning, financial management, governance and business insight to drive decisions across International Wealth, Premier Banking, Commercial Banking and COO teams.

You’ll lead cross-jurisdictional initiatives, partner with senior leaders and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring timely, data-driven governance and action across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering international or complex financial services strategic plans.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with financial data from multiple sources.
• Proven leadership across jurisdictions and diverse teams.
• PMO, governance and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Resource Plan process across CIIOM and key banking lines.
• Support development and delivery of Country Strategic Plan with measurable outcomes.
• Manage direct and indirect cost plans, providing insights into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee Project Management Office workload, reporting and delivery across projects.
• Provide clear management information and reporting on portfolio milestones and risks.
• Coordinate market governance reports for local, regional and global stakeholders.
