Wirral Stop Smoking is seeking a Service Leadership, Performance and Culture lead to ensure delivery against KPIs, outcomes and quality standards. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and any subcontractors, embedding a high-performance, compassionate and accountable culture, while keeping service user voice and inclusion central to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in health/social care or equivalent experience.
• Experience in public health, community or integrated care settings.
• Knowledge of governance, safeguarding and financial management.
