Role Overview

As Head of Solution Consulting, you will lead the transition from a traditional sales team to a product-first sales function. You will support a shift towards creating bespoke, customer-centric products, fostering a mindset change towards a sales engineering approach, and launching new products innovatively.

You will manage a global team of 7, report to the Chief Product Officer, and work closely with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and representation of the product. Your role will include leading product demos, representing the brand at events, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in the sales lifecycle, understanding sales processes and leading from the front
  • Extensive SaaS experience, ideally in a product-first environment or undergoing such a transition
  • Global team management experience
  • Experience in scaling companies, with insights into what strategies work during growth phases
