Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP's Asset & Facilities Management Advisory team seeks an experienced Facilities Management and Soft Landings professional to support the expansion and operational evolution of a leading science campus. The appointed lead will act as the operational lead and trusted advisor on Soft Landings, readiness, and FM integration across the estate.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering FM and Soft Landings programmes in complex mixed-use environments.
• Experience across life sciences, research, HE, campus or science park settings.
• Ability to translate client objectives into operational requirements across design to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and FM integration across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Director of Estates & Facilities and campus expansion team.
• Ensure occupier experience, lifecycle considerations, and commercial objectives are embedded.
