We’re working with a fast-growing online travel business that’s making big waves in the industry. They’ve just launched a cruise brand, they’re expanding into new destinations, and they need someone to own and drive their entire social media function across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Cheshire – ideal for a social media expert who’s hands-on, strategic, and ready to shape a brand from the front.

What’s the role?

You’ll report directly to the MD and lead all things social – content, community, campaigns, influencers, strategy, performance, and paid.

You’ll manage and mentor a small team, build influencer relationships, and drive growth across both paid and organic channels.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Build and deliver a full social strategy

Create native, scroll-stopping content (especially short-form video)

Grow brand reach, awareness, and engagement

Lead influencer and creator campaigns

Use data to report, optimise and improve

Champion social media across the wider business

What you’ll need:
