Job summary

Cubis Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Site Operations for Network Access Products to lead all manufacturing sites, ensuring safety, quality and best-in-class performance. You will translate strategy into site plans, manage budgets and drive efficiency across multiple locations in the UK and Ireland.

You will oversee senior site leaders, partner with central functions and champion lean practices to maximise profitability while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while supporting hands-on operations.
• Experience leading safety projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety plans and improvements across all sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with site operations managers.
• Manage P&L and deliver cost-saving programs.
• Translate business strategy into site-level plans and priorities.
• Set and monitor operational KPIs to drive efficiency and cost control.
• Lead site optimisation projects within budget and scope.
• Ensure product availability across own and 3rd party sites.
• Drive Lean strategy and continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Logistics, and IT to support operations.
