Job summary

Cubis Systems, part of the CRH Group, is seeking a Head of Site Operations for Network Access Products across UK/ROI. The role leads manufacturing sites, drives safety, quality and lean performance, and partners with central functions to deliver operational excellence and profitability.

You will manage site leaders, translate strategy into action, control budgets, and ensure on-time customer delivery while pursuing continuous improvement and capacity expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree education in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, project and change management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while supporting hands-on operational management.
• Significant experience leading safety projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety plans and culture across all NAP sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations through Site Operations Managers.
• Achieve P&L targets and implement cost-saving programmes.
• Translate strategy into site-level priorities and continuous improvements.
• Balance demand, capacity, labour, and materials across manufacturing base.
• Monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and cost control across sites.
• Drive site optimisation projects within budget and scope.
• Ensure material availability from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate to design LEAN strategy and standardise best practices.
• Support succession planning and CRH-wide initiatives.
• Lead acquisitions integrations and due diligence as needed.
