Job summary

Cubis Systems, part of the CRH Group, is seeking a Head of Site Operations for Network Access Products in the UK/Ireland region. The role oversees multiple sites, driving safety, quality and manufacturing excellence while delivering cost improvements and capital projects.

You will lead a team of Operations Managers, coordinate with central functions and implement LEAN strategies to sustain high performance and customer-focused delivery across network access products.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, project and change management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while supporting hands-on operational management.
• Significant experience in a fast-paced multi-sited manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety plans and improvements across NAP locations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cubis Systems & NAL sites with KPI ownership.
• Deliver P&L responsibility and cost-saving programs without compromising safety or quality.
• Translate strategy into site-level priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive lean strategies, standardisation and best practices across sites.
• Lead Site Operations Managers and develop succession plans.
