Job summary

Cubis Systems, part of the CRH Group, is hiring a Head of Site Operations for Network Access Products in the UK/ROI. The role leads multiple manufacturing sites, driving safety, quality and efficiency while delivering profitability across locations.

You will mentor Site Operations Managers and work with central functions to execute lean, digital and capital projects. We seek a strategic leader with a strong engineering/operations background, financial acumen and willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Operations Management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland, and occasionally Europe or globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety plans and initiatives across NAP sites to foster a safety-first culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure best-in-class safety, performance and quality.
• Take full P&L responsibility for NAP operations budgets and cost-saving programmes.
• Translate business strategy into site-level operational priorities and continuous improvements.
• Balance demand, capacity, labour, materials and equipment with S&OP process owner.
• Set and monitor KPIs to drive production efficiency and cost control.
• Lead site optimisation projects within budget and scope.
• Ensure product availability from manufacturers and 3rd party sources across sites.
