You will lead service operations, manage engineering teams and drive improvements in service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Formación

• Experience in a Service Manager/Head of Service or Service Operations role.
• Background in security systems, engineering or a related technical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage service and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate field engineers and allocate service work effectively.
• Oversee planned maintenance, repairs and emergency breakdowns.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues.
• Monitor service performance, quality and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with installation, project management and commercial teams.
