Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Head of Service with a security systems/engineering background to lead service and maintenance operations in Liverpool. The role offers £50,000 - £55,000 plus progression, enhanced holidays, a company van and hybrid working.

You will coordinate field engineers, oversee maintenance and repairs, manage key customer relationships and drive performance improvements across the service division.

Are you a Service Manager or Head of Service from a security, engineering or technical background, looking to take ownership of service operations within a growing engineering business?

This company specialises in integrated security solutions, including bespoke security gates and barriers, CCTV, access control and perimeter protection systems for commercial and industrial clients.

On offer is the opportunity to take a leading role in developing and managing service operations, overseeing engineering teams, improving service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll help streamline processes, resolve escalated issues and ensure service and maintenance activities are delivered efficiently across the business.

This role would suit a Service Manager, Head of Service or Service Operations Manager from a security systems, access control, gates, barriers or engineering background looking to take on a senior office-based role with hybrid working.
