An established industry player is seeking a Head of Service in Commercial Law to lead a dynamic team within the public sector. Head of Service - Commercial Law
Salary: £75,747.50 - £87,022.50 D.O.E
Location: Offices located across the East of England
Sellick Partnership is excited to bring to the market a Head of Service within Commercial Law for one of our highly regarded public sector clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation as part of the Senior Leadership team and help steer a well respected commercial law team with clients across the public sector, alongside building business strategy and identifying potential new clients.
Main accountabilities include:
This role will also support the Executive Director, heads of service and other colleagues by contributing to the overall management of the team including staff performance, financial compliance and practice management. You may also be required to deputise for the Executive Director where required.

This is a hybrid working role with office presence required twice a week. Offices are located across the East of England with flexibility as to office base.
Benefits:
Applicants are required to be a qualified Solicitor in England or Wales OR a member of the BAR, having completed pupillage. Applicants will also have legal expertise across both contentious and non-continuous contract and procurement law. Previous experience of leading and managing a team is essential.
