About the role
We’re looking for a service-focused, technically confident Head of Product Services to lead and coordinate our most complex, cross-cutting products and support functions. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Technical Lead to manage a portfolio of shared, technical products – including our LCMS, LRS and core Analytics and Automation services – which are integral components of other products. The LCMS and LRS are also sold as standalone offerings.
You’ll manage a Product Manager, who supports the day-to-day running of these products and acts as your deputy – helping you stay close to delivery while focusing on strategy, coordination, and service excellence.
This is a critical role at the intersection of delivery, enablement and internal service. You’ll be juggling priorities across multiple product teams, ensuring technical components evolve effectively, while raising the bar on customer education, documentation, and internal product support.
What you'll be doing:
Roles and responsibilities include
Working with Technical Leadership to ensure robust, scalable solutions that serve both platform needs and direct customer use.
Managing a Product Manager who supports day-to-day product operations and deputises as needed.
Coordinating incoming requests and dependencies from Product Leads across the portfolio and supporting cross-team prioritisation.
Acting as a central point for internal and external stakeholders needing access, support, or visibility into shared products.
Leading the Product Support functions, including:
Customer education content and learning materials
Customer and internal-facing documentation
Release information and product enablement materials
Standardisation of documentation and comms across all product groups

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Technical Experience: You will have experience working with technical product teams, including APIs, integration services, or backend infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Prioritisation: You will have a strong ability to balance and prioritise requests across multiple teams, while maintaining momentum and transparency.
Communication: You will be skilled in producing and reviewing high-quality written communications, including documentation, release notes, and customer updates.
Service Operations Leadership: You will have demonstrated leadership in running internal service functions like enablement, education, or documentation.
Clarity & Customer Commitment: You will bring clarity and structure to complexity, with a deep commitment to both customer and internal service.
