An exciting opportunity for a Head of Ambulance Services in East Region. This senior role involves leading operations, managing teams, and engaging with NHS partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in middle management and strategic objectives. The position requires visible leadership across the Borders operational area.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within East Region for a Head of Ambulance Services position. The post holder's base will be determined at interview, although there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to provide a visible leadership presence across the Borders operational area. This Head of Service role will have a regional remit, leading on workstreams across all of East Region, in addition to direct line management responsibility for the Borders sub-region.
The post holder will be expected to engage with partners within the NHS and externally at a strategic level.
This is a senior position within the region. The successful candidate will be an individual with a proven track record at middle management level (e.g., Area Service Manager or equivalent) and demonstrate success in operations and delivering strategic objectives.
