The Opportunity

As Head of Managed Services for Service Transition and Project Management, you will oversee direct reports and their performance, lead SAP project portfolios, and coordinate support service transitions to BAU teams.

You will also handle commercial oversight, prepare Statements of Work (SOW), support presales, and manage multiple projects to minimize operational disruption, ensure seamless handovers, and align with business goals while managing risks and stakeholder relationships.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

• Experience with large-scale IT transformations or outsourcing projects
• SAP project management expertise
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Technical understanding of managed services and IT service delivery
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Experience in team resource management and skill gap analysis
• Knowledge of ITSM, service transition, ITIL frameworks, MSAs, and SLAs
