Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of SEO & Content to join our team. This role involves executing an SEO & content marketing strategy to grow and sustain the affiliate brands in our network. You will work at a strategic level in search marketing and be hands-on with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategise, execute, and report on SEO & content strategies
• Set and achieve ranking and revenue targets
• Manage and hire for the SEO & Content team
• Collaborate with content teams to deliver engaging content
• Develop content plans to meet targets
• Implement tactics like content optimisation and link building to improve rankings
• Monitor search landscape visibility and review competitor strategies
• Contribute to the strategic direction and organic growth of Moneturn crypto brands
• Oversee content operations to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Proven success in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or agency environment
• 6+ years of SEO experience
• Experience managing small teams
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills and workload management
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
