What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership & Management– Experience leading teams and managing school operations.
• Student-Centered Approach– Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
• Qualifications– QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable).
• Specialist Knowledge– Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs.
